Taking Notes is Good but there is something Better!

I’m fully locked and loaded with my pen, notepad, mountain dew and my own book to jot down key “Action Tips” in this business conference. It seems like I am back in school again when it comes to learning and taking notes as you can see in the photo below:

Yes, this seminar was action packed with speakers and experts in different business fields, armed with baskets full of life changing content. The one thing that is prevalent in these business conferences, is the fact that you are in constant information overload, it may take you a few days to review, marinate and develop a game-plan on what to do with the information shared. This, my friend, is where the proverbial rubber meets the road.

As you noticed in the title, “Taking Notes is Good but there is something Better!”
What is better? I’m glad you asked.

IMPLEMENTATION!

That’s right, implementation, taking action, getting things done is the key to all of this note taking. What good is it to anyone, if you take page after page full of notes and then go back to your business and not do anything with the “gold nuggets” taught to you? The speakers have all poured their hearts out to give you their years and years of experience, wisdom and knowledge and then you do them and yourself a huge disservice by not implementing this information in your business. You should have stayed home and not waste both yours and their time and effort. Implementation is the one success principle that the successful person has over the unsuccessful person.

Can you imagine, if we all implemented just half of the notes that we take at seminars and conferences on our business, how much more successful our business would be.  I hope this information assist you in your business, please like, share or comment if you received any value from this post.
