Who do you listen to? Everyone has an opinion about you and what you should be doing with your life and I have decided to write this post for you. Yes you, the enterprising person, the one that has made a decision to embark on your own personal journey of becoming the best person that you can be. You are on that journey where you are creating and supplying the world with value and solutions to make others get better as well as making the world a better place to live in.
I want to caution you on this one key point as you step into this field of creators, go getters and go givers. One of the biggest breakthroughs I ever had was the statement: Who do you listen to? I remember getting started as an entrepreneur and listening to every so-called “internet guru” or top-earner talking about get on their team and make a gazillion dollars in 1 week, etc… I remember hearing so many leaders I know that speak of how they got started in business and how they used to listen to their broke friends, or they would go to their family members that were not doing to well financially and ask them if building a home business was the right thing to do.. hmmmm!
Do you see anything wrong with this? Yes I was listening to the wrong people, these leaders was listening to the wrong people! If you want to become a doctor you listen to doctors, if you want to become a lawyer you listen to lawyers and if you want to work from home and live your dream lifestyle then you need to hear what our leaders are doing as well as many of our team members.
