Knowledge has both saved us and burdened us.
Many times getting the steps right is proving to be brutally hard, even if you know them.
We have accumulated a lot of know-how and with it, we have indeed accomplished great things. Nonetheless, that know-how is often unmanageable.
The volume and complexity of what we know has exceeded our individual ability to deliver its benefits correctly, safely or reliably.
What do we do when knowledge and expertise are not enough?
