Every company, no matter how much money you earn there or how happy you are to work list as your occupation, has flaws. As an entrepreneur, be it traditional business owner, network or online marketer, we can fall into the habit of waiting for the company or a manufacture to create something that is missing instead of taking on the leadership role of creating it ourselves.
I Wish My Company Had Better Training
When we recognize that something could be better with our company, we may lose patience and jump to the “Next Big Thing”. Instead we need to develop the mindset of filling in the void and provide the solution to the missing piece!
When we operate with this fill in the void mindset, it shows that we are crystal clear on our product and target market and can utilize our brainpower to create and make something of value to satisfy the flaws of the company. This requires some serious thinking and masterminding with your team to notice where the cracks are with your business and promptly fill in the spaces.
This is the biggest reason why I am with the mastermind teams I am with, because we provide tools and training outside of what the company offers! Also, we are humble and open minded enough to know that other minds on the team have valuable ideas and insights that we can use to provide more value to the marketplace and makes us WAY more money!
If your company has a boring 300 page manual to getting started, create some step by step videos for each section and promote it. If your business opportunity needs a quick starters guide for newbies, be the one to create it and get it out to your team members to get first position in the marketplace.
