This Coffee Spot Really Woke Me Up!
I was attending a conference in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and it seemed like everywhere I went there was a PJ’s coffee house located nearby. This coffee spot really woke me up not because of the great coffee they served however it was an inspirational wake up call for me. You see, PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans is a chain of retail coffeehouses and it was founded with a single shop in the Carrollton neighborhood of New Orleans in September 1978 by Phyllis Jordan.
As an entrepreneur, I am always looking for opportunities and inspiration to keep that fire burning and even though I don’t own or have naming rights for these coffee spots, I must say that seeing the “PJ’s” initials, did inspire me to keep pushing the envelope. I must continue Dreaming BIG, PRAY/BELIEVE and Work HARD/SMART to make my Dreams happen and I sincerely ask you to do the same.
