I have to say that this morning, things were extremely gratifying to say the least. I enjoyed a great workout and therapy session early this morning finishing up right before my scheduled blab/podcast. I was joined this morning by none other than the great online publisher and business woman, Andrea Naomi as co-host and a few other guests came in to share more nuggets as well.
