Happy New Year!

After all of the reviewing of the previous year and planning for the new year, can you say to yourself that today,
right now … “I am really on my way to Bigger and Better things”?

After a recent business conference in the beautiful city of San Diego, the one word that stays with me is the word
Listening to the weather station the other day, I heard of a Funnel sighting in the area. We all know that this mean that there’s a tornado forming overhead and we may need to get someplace safe.

We know the simple design of a Funnel is wider on the top and it gets narrower towards the bottom.

Sales Funnel

In sales, we know this term to mean having potential clients go through the “Funnel” of turning a cold prospect into a warm lead that eventually becomes a hot sale or customer.
Sales Funnel
Sales Funnel
Now the term “Funnel” has made it’s way into the online space and has transformed the traditional website world into something more simple and effective in the way business is transacted.
For the next couple of weeks, stay tuned in for a business strategy, known as an Online Funnel, that can really expand your business and hobbies to the next level.
We all are just “One Funnel Away”… don’t believe me just watch!
Make it HAPPEN!!!

Network Marketing GOO-ROOS Will Not Win! https://iamactionjackson.com/goo-roos/ https://iamactionjackson.com/goo-roos/#respond Mon, 31 Mar 2014 03:38:21 +0000 http://old.iamactionjackson.com/?p=3292 Network Marketing GOO-ROOS Will Not Win!

network marketing goo-roos

My friend, this post is a “must-read” coming from one of my teammates, that is breaking down the network marketing ‘team build’ in real talk terms.

In most programs that are “direct sales” deals and just pretending to play “network marketing” you can tell because they simply design it so that sales and leverage feed the few at the top. The “network marketing goo-roos” will keep boasting and bragging about how bad they are and how they “dominate” and how it’s all about them etc…

Have you ever thought to ask just WHO is being “dominated?”
I know, it’s subtle…
If they are such awesome “predators” who DOMINATE, who is the prey?
Yep, you guessed it… you.
You are the prey.
They call their “deal” a good thing and actually it’s very hurtful to not only the newbies but also the legitimate marketers that operate in integrity.

Here’s what you won’t find in their back offices…

Their teammates getting paid.
Oh, they claim it and say “I wanted to help my team get paid” but read between the lines… who do they consider their “team?”
ONLY the ones who shell out the big bucks. In fact, if you’re not sending over a RIVER of your cash to them, consistently, they tell you flat out, they won’t “work directly with you” and so you have to know that’s a big clue.
Their “team” is just other professional grade producers who already know how to sell.
Their “team” is not the newbie.

Just look at the back office and you can tell…
Cause new people are not getting paid.
You are not getting paid.
It’s not designed to do that.
It’s a “good ole network marketing goo-roos club” and chances are, you were never invited to be on the inside, you were just invited to fund their play time… and their next big traffic campaign… and all the toys they’re buying with your money.
Here’s the inside scoop…
And the charade begins…

They justify it, validate it, and victimize the new guy and say anything and everything to let the new people know that they should be worshipping their gooroo and sending even more money to discover “the real secrets.”

Find a person in a vulnerable state and…
“I have the secrets to your universe, buy my stuff.”
“I have exactly what you want… buy my stuff!”
And after that happens…
“I have secrets you want… buy even more of my stuff. My new stuff is better and more important than last month’s great stuff.”
And after targeting vulnerable people and offering them some secrets, it continues…
“You’re not worthy yet to know the “real” secrets, so you must……”
Yep, you guessed it…

BUY MORE STUFF!

And so it goes on until the new guy just can’t buy more stuff…
Then, they’re simply told to…
“Work on your mindset! You’re not ready. You’re “resisting” and not allowing this knowledge in. It’s your mind and attitude… you’re a weakling… please go away… get away from “poisoning” my team… get outta here… scram…. and work on your weak mind, then come back and…. BUY MORE STUFF!”

It’s a model.
Some say it’s not “right or wrong” it’s just a model.
I say, when it’s KNOWN that, that is happening to good people… it’s sociopathic, not only wrong, it’s disgusting.
Yet, the narcissism continues.
They’re in love with themselves and begin to believe their own BS.
It’s a sales hack.
And it begins to hurt people. A lot of people. And I hate that.
Most times, it gets started as a noble vision and the message is great and attracts people because the energy is so different when it starts and it’s more pure… but things change.
The whole thing morphs as the need to find more money consumes them… and well, it just becomes a totally different animal.

Here’s what to look for and what you will see if a “good thing” begins to change into a hurtful thing…

1. A desperately increasing line of “launches” to sell into the existing member base.
“Churn and burn! How much stuff can we get them to buy before they quit and how fast can we do it?”

2. A disregard for improving the front end things that could help the new person succeed. I promise you that front end funnel doesn’t convert worth dirty socks after a while. That’s why NONE of the “leaders” are using it. ANY of it. They build their own. BIG HINT.
“No need to worry about helping the newbie’s funnel out, they won’t sell anything anyway and our leaders don’t need any help. They already know how to sell the front end themselves. Let’s keep creating ways to get our goo-roos paid so they don’t leave because if our goo-roos are not happy they WILL leave… if our goo-roos leave, we are DONE. Let’s feed the goo-roos.”

3. The “leaders” begin to build their own “Program inside of the program” and their own courses on top of the courses that they claimed was “all you’d need” inside the “mother program.” When the “team system” becomes more important than the program it’s supposed to be selling… that’s a big red flag. Let the gouging of the newbies begin and now you have more costs that are “critical” and only for “the serious people” on the team. Another $100 a month here, and another $47 over there and another $1,500 coaching thing over there…
…and all that additional gouging is OUTSIDE OF and in addition to the actual program you’re trying to learn how to sell.
It’s INSANITY but the newbie buys it up…
…they simply don’t know how to see this.
They’re marketing eyes are closed shut.
So, read on and let’s help you learn how to see with your eyes wide open… here’s more signs as to what you will notice when the game begins to change for the worse, you’ll see…
A more aggressive stance and talk by leaders and a more aloof and arrogant attitude form the top.
When they start talking down to the new people who get fed up and start leaving, you know something’s up.

4. And the biggest red flag and hint of all time is this:
When the ONLY people being celebrated are the same goo-roos and almost NO NEWBIES seem to be able to sell anything to another person in the real world… it gets harder and harder for new guys to sell it because there is growing information being spread by people who got “hip to the con” and left… and this information out there becomes easier to find and proliferates…
….and the only people that damages are the new guys.
That’s the difference with that model.

It’s simply not designed or engineered to be a place that focuses on actually getting results for the new person. It’s a haven for the experienced mailer and producer to FLEECE THEIR FLOCK and that’s what ends up happening.
Hey, look… I wish this was all just my crazy opinion, but it’s not.
Just take a look for yourself and please tell me that THIS is NOT what is actually happening…
…take a good open and honest look and tell me what you see happening.
Don’t shoot the messenger, I’m just shoving a mirror at the game and teaching new people how to truly see with their eyes wide open… because one of my favorite mentors taught me that…

Dead Downlines Don’t Lie!

I prefer a model that actually is designed to help the new person get started quickly, for an affordable start up and where it’s designed to allow the team to work together to actually generate success for the new members WITHOUT a “Churn and Burn” model.

Here’s why; VERY IMPORTANT!!!
1. When you help new members succeed, they get into profit mode.
2. When you stop gouging them again and again each month with a new $1,000 or $500 product “launch” and you allow them to breathe and learn the skills of marketing, they don’t leave.
3. When they don’t quit and leave, your income is stable and consistent.
4. When your income is stable and consistent, you do more to help your new guys get results.
5. When your new teammates are actually seeing results and getting paid, they get excited and their confidence zooms up.
6. When your new teammates are excited and their confidence is up, they don’t need nearly as much goo-roo “training” and they get the word out like crazy.
7. When they get the word out like crazy, others are compelled to take a look.
8. When others take a look, they buy products and others join.
9. When others join, you have duplication.
10. When you have duplication everybody wins.
11. When you have people winning, thousands of others take notice.
And that’s brings us to today…

There is a big reason why our team is growing so fast and why so many new people are coming over in droves from other programs where they were the kindling that fueled the fire of ONLY a few goo-roos at the top.
We’re gaining velocity as people see that what we say is actually happening in the real world.
We invite you to come to our free events, our hangouts, our trainings, our conference calls and our videos and take a serious look at why we’re gaining so much momentum.

Selling or Marketing – Which One Should You Be Doing? https://iamactionjackson.com/selling-or-marketing/ https://iamactionjackson.com/selling-or-marketing/#respond Tue, 16 Apr 2013 06:25:45 +0000 http://old.iamactionjackson.com/?p=2091 Selling or Marketing – Which One Should You Be Doing?

Will Your Business Benefit from Selling or Marketing?

Tired of chasing those business prospects that seem to have the same excuse for no-showing you on the appointment? What about making over 200 phone calls until your fingers turn red, only to have talked with 10 people to maybe set 4-5 appointments with 1 or 2 sales out of it?

I do understand that in many sales jobs this is a requirement and a necessary business practice to be successful however technology has allowed changes in the marketplace that will allow business to take place on a much faster and productive level than times before. The answer to this question, should you be selling or marketing will determine whether your  business and revenues will grow at a faster pace than before.

This post will briefly address why myself and other internet marketers choose to lean toward the marketing aspect of doing business online as oppose to selling. Not that anything is wrong with selling because at the end of the day, sales is where the money exchanges hands however there is a paradigm shift going in business especially online that can assist your business ten-fold when it comes to aligning your prospects and target market with what you have to sell.

empower sales and marketing

In the old way of getting prospects to buy your products or make sales, it required different skills. It required you being a salesperson, requiring you to spend lots of time on the phone. You had to go through the numbers of dials and contacts and push through a lot of no’s and rejections. This was the old paradigm! In most cases it no longer works and is not quite effective as in times past.

I was in insurance sales for 14 years and during this time-frame it kept my family fed and a roof over our heads. However I faced burnout with all of the travel to appointments, pounding the phones everyday and just the grind of it all. When I came across people that were operating their business on the internet and using marketing skills and systems, I was convinced that this was the way to go.

We are operating in a different world now where with just a click of the mouse and your product or business brand can be promoted globally in seconds and when this happens, it’s just a matter of time before the sales kick in. When you use newsletters, blogs, classified ads, social media platforms, paid ads and other marketing tools and systems properly, this will give your business leverage in more than one or two places and actually make sales come easier.

You want to structure your business where your marketing efforts are performing most of the heavy lifting in getting your product message out to the marketplace and this will save you and your operations time and money on the back-end. Have you ever heard of the the acronym S.Y.S.T.E.M., which means to save your self time, energy, money and this is what marketing can do for you.

You want to build the business based more on the marketing side and not so much on the sales side because when you utilize the sales aspect, you have to base everything on sales skills and sales ideas which entails going through the numbers only. With marketing the leverage will allow you to be in several places at once this will allow the sales cycle to move in strategic unified flow.

Take a look at your business operations and how revenue is coming in. Keep in mind that in some traditional business, the selling model is needed and the marketing aspect may take a back seat when it comes to what’s really driving the revenue and profits however I asked you to review your business operations because if there is a fit to develop a marketing gameplan to your business, please connect with me and our marketing group. Do Leaders Make Bad Managers? https://iamactionjackson.com/leaders-managers/ https://iamactionjackson.com/leaders-managers/#respond Thu, 21 Feb 2013 17:52:38 +0000 http://old.iamactionjackson.com/?p=1631 leaders and managers1
Leaders are bad Managers! Alright Leaders hold up, wait a minute, take a deep breath… calm down! I just thought I would title this post this way to get your attention and blood flowing a little bit. This is a pretty lengthy post however if you are a leader, a manager or a director of some kind, I know this will help you along the way.

I want to briefly share my personal story when I was working in Corporate America as a Business Manager along with another manager housed in the same branch office overseeing the team also. It took me a few months to realize that the way that I was going about things, in this particular office, would drive me to an early grave and if I wanted to continue in that role as a Business manager, I would need to adjust and tailor my way of working like the other manager. The other manager would sit in his office with his door close the majority of time and take calls, do reports, document the comings and goings of his team and at the end of the day, he would let me know who came in 10 minutes late or left 5 minutes early. I, on the other hand, would meet with each one of the team members, develop a personal game-plan for the month, host and attend networking meetings, perform coaching sessions using different sales strategies and even coming in early or staying late if needed.

As much as I needed to do all of the detailed documenting stuff, I just didn’t like sitting in the office doing paperwork when all of the action was happening on the outside. Really, when would I find the time to document all of my coaching sessions and 1 on 1 meetings, look at kronos time logs and know what time someone left for break or how long it took someone to eat their ham and cheese sandwich. To me, having the door closed, writing reports and watching kronos time logs, was a waste of time. The team was new and truly needed someone to engage, guide and lead them as oppose to someone watching their every move from literally behind closed doors and writing it down to be used sometimes against them than for them. Even when we would have an all managers meeting, I just couldn’t believe that we would spend more time discussing paperwork, the previous month’s reports, etc… than we would looking ahead, looking at the big picture and what we were doing to capture more market share.

leaders and managers

I used to love it when we would be at the meetings and conferences with the “Big Guns” and they would mention my leadership skills and how as a leader, things with the company was looking up. However the company and the office culture was already set long before I got there and having a manager to manage the team through detailed paperwork and documents was actually what the majority preferred and was used to rather than having a someone come in to lead the troops by vision, trust and engagement. I was fighting a losing battle with the culture and was working myself on a fast track of burnout while the other manager would still be sitting there 25 – 30 years later with the door closed. I have always felt that there is a difference between being a leader and being a manager and when I came across this article a few days ago, in my humble opinion, it made perfect sense.

**Leadership and management are very different skills. Yet most of the time, we expect corporate executives to wow us with their detail-oriented approach to management and then suddenly metamorphose into visionary leaders the moment they’re promoted. It doesn’t usually work out, says Annmarie Neal, the author of the forthcoming Leading from the Edge (ASTD Press, 2013). “A leader is somebody who sees opportunity and puts change in motion. A manager is somebody who follows that leader and sees how to structure things to create value for the company,” she says. “I’ve found that the best leaders weren’t really good managers. Yes, they understood the discipline, but they weren’t the best accountant, or the best technical person, or the best brand manager. They can do it, but they have a way of [thinking about the issues] at another level.”

Of course, great leaders can’t eschew management altogether. When it comes to what Neal calls “the act of management – the 1950s and 1960s B-school management theory of analysis, planning, process, structure, and order,” it’s important for leaders to grasp its importance, and know how to supervise. But that doesn’t mean they need to do it themselves. “You need to understand there’s a discipline called management, and it’s valuable, and you can’t just be chaotic,” Neal says. “Facebook figured that out and that’s why they hired Sheryl Sandberg [as COO].”

Sandberg, with her wide-ranging skills, may be an exception. But in general, it’s very hard to find top talent that excels both in leadership and management. “Planning to the nth degree,” a hallmark of management, “bothers really good leaders,” says Neal. “They’re trying to figure out opportunities – what’s at the edge, the adjacencies, the disruptive space 3-4 steps away. They’re making social and political connections, and that uses a different part of the brain.” Meanwhile, top managers may be too detail-oriented to thrive as big picture thinkers. “It can be a hard transition for a really good manager to let go of those controls,” says Neal.

So why do we insist that leaders must rise from the ranks of managers? Neal says it’s the misguided legacy of performance reviews and how executives have traditionally been evaluated. “A lot of organizational process today stems from management in the industrial age,” she says. “It’s almost Taylorism; let’s ‘widget’ everything. But how do you ‘widget’ innovation? We have to step back and let the processes go, or somehow redesign them.”

In Leading from the Edge, she profiles one older executive who was on track for the C-suite and took a major assignment to develop a new international market for his company – a critical assignment, but one marked (as almost all new efforts are) by some missteps. “He was charting new territory for the company and the company was evaluating his performance based on traditional, core, S-curve values, but he was off building these new S-curves. How do you value a new, never-been-done-before business unit?” The executive believes his career stalled as a result. “It’s so easy to be a manager,” says Neal. “You’re rewarded for it, and probably you’re safer. You’ll ‘get better grades’ for it.”

In a study she conducted when she was a top executive at a Fortune 500 firm, she discovered that “people who were out of the box, pushing the edge, thinking in terms of the horizon…got lower [performance] ratings than the people who could show crazy execution on nonsense.” It’s a huge mistake – and a missed opportunity – for corporations, she says. You have to be able to evaluate managers and leaders on the criteria that matter most for each: “You’ve got to change that system. You can’t really want a system where you say, ‘I prefer you to drive nonsense…and that matters more than the person who puts their neck on the line.’”

Finally, here we are at the end of this post and I must say, every time I read this article, I immediately recognize my growth from this corporate management position. I realize that as a leader, I needed to implement some of those other “managerial” duties in my business practice in order to stay ahead of the curve. This taught me further about having and using systems to work on my behalf and the things that I do best continue doing them.

Leading and managing is also all about your personality, your work style and people skill’s will assist you in what role will come naturally to you. Yes, I hit that burnout stage and left the company and since then have been blessed to create the company and culture that fits me and my team and the other stuff is outsourced or delegated to others that are built for it.

Here is a question; do You believe leaders must also be great managers? What about the other way around? Does it matter?

Thanks again for reading this post and learn, study and know your role as a leader, or manager and/or both. If you received some value from this content and if you have more tips to add, Please like and share with others and make a comment.

Becoming a Better Leader – (Simple Concept #1 out of 11) Do You Listen? https://iamactionjackson.com/better-leader/ https://iamactionjackson.com/better-leader/#respond Tue, 12 Feb 2013 18:13:20 +0000 http://old.iamactionjackson.com/?p=1518 You think you are a good leader huh? Do you have followers? Do you lead them to something positive, effective and with valuable results to show from your leadership? I want to go over some key concepts for those that want to become a better leader.

I was reading a news article the other day and came across an outstanding piece on leadership. Dave Kerpen, co-founder and CEO of Likeable, NY Times best-selling author and keynote speaker, wrote this piece and there are eleven important principles to share with you to become a better leader and we will go through these 11 concepts one at a time.

empowernetworklistening

Here is the first concept below: 1. LISTENING Do you consider yourself a good listener? Why or why not? This is a good question as the leader to ask yourself. “When people talk, listen completely. Most people never listen.” – Ernest Hemingway
Listening is the foundation of any good relationship. Great leaders listen to what their customers and prospects want and need, and they listen to the challenges those customers face. They listen to colleagues and are open to new ideas. They listen to shareholders, investors, and competitors.

According to the American Express Open Forum discussion, here’s are four reasons why the best CEO’s listen more.
A. Better understand customer and employee needs. By listening to what your team thinks, without your own agenda, you’ll be able to understand what they want and need.

B. Help stakeholders feel heard. When people believe that their voices are being heard, it makes them more committed to the mission at hand. Everybody wants to feel heard and valued. Even if you never use a single idea your staff or Board share with you, they’ll feel better about you and the organization just from your listening.

C. Gain a better understanding of what’s really going at your organization. Sometimes the only way to get insight is to sit back and focus on paying attention. The higher up in your organization you are, the more important this is.

D. Get access to new ideas and perspectives. Who knows the intern or woman in the mail room just may have an idea for your next product line that you’ve never thought of.

I hope you enjoyed this post on becoming a better leader. Remember this is the first of 11 simple concepts so stay tuned for the next 10 concepts coming to you daily. Simple Review of Affiliate Marketing https://iamactionjackson.com/affiliate-marketing/ https://iamactionjackson.com/affiliate-marketing/#respond Thu, 07 Feb 2013 12:02:38 +0000 http://old.iamactionjackson.com/?p=1494 empower network affiliate marketing

Affiliate marketing is one of many ways that you can monetize your website and bring in some extra money. Some people even make their living solely with a website. There are different methods of affiliate marketing that you can integrate into your website but not all of them will be successful for you. Depending on the content of your website, one advertisement method might work better than another.

Back in the early days of the Internet there was affiliate marketing but it was a little different than today. The more popular method back then was pay per click. This is where advertisers would pay a small amount every time someone clicked on one of their advertisements. Unfortunately, this method was abused way too much and there was a lot of fraud going on. There are still some examples of pay per click around today but it’s not nearly as prevalent as before. Google AdSense is an example of this but they have methods of tracking any kind of fraud.

Another form of affiliate marketing that has lost a lot of traction over the years is cost per mille or cost per thousand. This is where an advertiser would pay to have their advertisement shown one thousand times. You can still find these kinds of programs around today but they just aren’t as popular as before. It’s just not an effective way for advertisers to get their product shown.

Today, the most popular method of affiliate marketing uses revenue sharing as compensation. It’s a system that is not nearly as open for abuse as what pay per click is. The way it works is quite simple. You have an advertisement on your website and someone must click through that ad and then purchase a product from the advertiser. Once that is complete, you will receive a commission on the amount that was purchased. These commissions usually vary depending on how much the product is worth. Believe, Decide, then Do It! https://iamactionjackson.com/believe-decide-then-do-it/ https://iamactionjackson.com/believe-decide-then-do-it/#respond Wed, 03 Nov 2010 21:51:34 +0000 http://old.iamactionjackson.com/?p=356 Do you have an idea, a job or task that you believe in? Have you gotten fed up with the status quo and just plain tired of being sick and tired? If you were in the room with 10 people including yourself and the other 9 stated their doubts and even went so far to say that you are foolish to try your hand with that endeavor. Would your belief sink and you cower to their statements or would you allow their doubts to fuel your belief even more? In this post and video, please take some time to get your own understanding of what the title means to you and where you are in your belief and decision making about your life’s plan.

With your idea or opportunity, you may already have the tools, training and business plans in place, all you need to do now is make the decision and apply them; Go to Work! A brief story of 5 frogs sitting on a log over a pond. When 4 of the 5 frogs decided to jump into the pond, how many frogs are still sitting on the log? If you said there are 5 frogs sitting on the log, you are correct! Just because you decide to do something doesn’t mean that you actually did it. Enjoy this video with Duane Cruickshank, which may cause you to laugh a little, however I want it to get you to believe more, make a decision and go Make it HAPPEN!!!

What Does Leadership Look Like? https://iamactionjackson.com/leadership/ https://iamactionjackson.com/leadership/#respond Wed, 22 Sep 2010 03:09:57 +0000 http://old.iamactionjackson.com/?p=84 Hello my friends,

Do you know what leadership look like? In many companies and organizations throughout the world, leadership is looking more and more like a joke. You have to search through an organization for days at a time or wait for a catastrophic event to take place to find your real leaders. About a week ago in a discussion with a few colleagues over lunch, the topic centered on leadership and when will real leaders be allowed to lead. You may know of a few people in leadership positions that for some reason or another, have lost touch in developing and leading their teams the right way. We are not simply talking about leading a team or department to a very high number for goals but simply just having the attributes that builds trust in those team members that they are responsible for leading.

We have heard and known for some time now all of the buzz words for leadership; having vision, integrity, trust, character, firm, etc… and these attributes are paramount in true leadership.  I recall a particular coach would say to his teams before the game, “To go out and play the game the right way.” The players or workers in turn would say the coach; “To lead us in the right way.” People are smarter and more in tuned with what’s going on around them than they get credit for. This statement, “Please don’t piss on my head and tell me that it’s raining” is becoming the buzz word from team members describing the communication style and strategies used by their managers when it comes to delivering information. People are starting to recognize the difference and leaders need to keep this in mind when it comes to communicating and leading others.

Many times the position title of leadership can actually trump the person’s leading ability when it comes to getting their teams developed to achieve their goals. to reach another level. Have you ever came across a person  that was in a managerial role and used their title to trump  their subordinates ideas, project accomplishments or even belittle them to their colleagues or superiors. Leadership doesn’t look like this!

Again what does Leadership look like? Great positive leadership comes in many different forms and we won’t touch all of them in this post however a few things come to mind when looking at leadership. Leadership have vision to see things in front or at a higher level when others are looking behind, on the sides or not looking at all. Leadership stand and make the difficult decision that is right for the situation and organization even if this means standing by themselves. Leadership operates with integrity knowing that everyone may not be treated the same however they do their best to treat their team members right and fair. Leadership seeks input from others understanding that not one person has all of the answers. Leadership understands and accepts that not all ideas or decisons will be a success and they take full responsibility and learn from it. Leadership recognizes those persons skilled in the areas of development and execution of strategy in attaining goals and implementing ideas which can lead to creating value for the organization over time.

I applaud those that have earned the mantle of being promoted to a leadership position at your particular workplace and I know that this duty was not easily earned. When you see real leadership at work on any level, do your best to recognize, acknowledge and grow it, because in the absence of real leadership you jeopardize the core of the organization that will lead to mass exodus of talented people onward in search being led by leaders and/or becoming one themselves.

For every promotion of leadership you attained, make sure to continue to sharpen your leadership skills by reading books, masterminding with other leaders and attending leadership seminars and classes. After all of the reading, talking and learning, most importantly, leadership recognizes opportunity, communicate the opportunity and challenge their group to take it on. Leadership get in the heads and hearts of their team members, the ears of the customers and the eyes of the competitors. Why? In order to understand and be able to stand in front to determine, engage and influence the marketplace to follow the leader. This is what leadership in my eyes look like! Please share your thoughts and ideas about what leadership looks like to you.

Be the Leader you are Looking for!
