Have you ever started your week in one of those blah, blah feeling days?
Whether you woke up with or without the alarm clock. you just wanted a few more

Today, I have to admit, has been one of those days where I feel like #!?#[email protected]*
I have this hacking cough, body chills and a sore throat to match and it is safe
to say that I am just not feeling good at all! I have videos to

work to do to reach my goals.

On top of that, I am constantly having my wife come in my office showing me
how our 13 week old daughter, is kissing her all over her face and I am not
allowed to get too close with these “stuff” that I have, is a bummer!

Wow, I felt like going back to bed until I saw this quote that was the perfect
thought for today!

Here’s another good thing that came to mind after I had some time to reflect.

I am glad that I am an internet marketer and work from home because just having
to get up and hit that early morning traffic would have set me over the edge.

Why has David Wood, the internet blog guru, been silent for the past couple of weeks? Is everything ok?
He must be up to something big because this guy usually have alot to say and he don’t mind getting things off

It started in San Francisco.

My brother was getting married.

I rented a Yacht, flew half my family
down, paid for a 5 star hotel, massages,

And it is a LOT different than I thought.

In our speakers training, I remember standing
there, walking through an exercise with David
Sharpe.

An exercise to find our ‘why’.

Dave Sharpe hit a wall… where his mind went
silent.

And then he looked up, and I felt a shift in his
emotion, as he looked me dead in the eye… and
shared the truth.

Sunday night, standing in front of 4,000 people…

…I walked them through that same exercise.

And people started to shout.

I can’t tell you what happened in that room,
except it’s taken me a week to realize…

…everything has changed.

And I’ve been processing it all.

I want to share some insight into a powerful online business system that has exploded

Attention Leaders!
There are times when you as a leader are pulled in many directions to bring
solutions to  issues and your battery can get drained fast. When you get
tired you just want to shut out everyone and go into your own little world.
No matter what industry you are in, the bottom line is that this is a people
business and you are constantly dealing with different personalities and
sometimes negative attitudes that can cause chaos in the business as well
as within yourself.

Are you tired and stressed?
Do you just want to takethe leadership hat off and give it to someone else just for a little
while? What about just sit back and get under the radar and allow the chaos
to unfold and hopefully the situation will remedy itself.

Also depending on the size of  the team you are leading, there is an
inherent responsibility you have to shoulder as the leader to be the
example or the standard you want your team or company to reflect.
Just having that responsibility of being the example and leading others
have caused many leaders to crack under pressure and cause a breakdown
in effectiveness. You have to continue to sharpen the mental saw before
your performance and your health start declining.

I was just thinking the other day how invigorating it is to be around other
leaders at marketing events and in masterminding groups, discussing ideas and
getting those creative juices flowing for the next big thing in our business.
I use the word invigorating because if you are a leader or have aspirations to
become a leader, no matter what industry, there are times when you just don’t
feel like being bothered and you need some type of stimulus to get you back up
on the hill.

Here are 3 basic things that you can
do to keep yourself mentally sharp and refreshed on a regular basis.
One, schedule some quiet time daily to still your mind and reflect
and get clear on the the big picture. Just being still can do wonders for
you to escape the mad drama that is on the outside waiting on you, the leader,
to come in with the solution.

Second, attend mastermind groups with other leaders in different industries.
Whenever I am with these groups, I always come away from them with a different
perspective on my situation. Being around other leaders is also good
to know that you are not the only one that is going through something or having
a down time. More than likely, there are others that are possibly tired and
stressed and want to do the same thing as you and hide out for a minute.

Many times, it seems that my problems and issues are the biggest in the
world until I hear another leader sharing their issues and then I take a
step back and think, Wow, I thought I had it bad. However, leaders know
not to gloat over another leader’s issues because just like a storm,
you’re either in a storm, coming out of a storm or headed into another
storm.

Third, I really enjoy attending industry related events with other leaders.
No matter how tired or stressed down I am, events are a great pick-me up,
that always inspire me to a breakthrough with my business. The energy and
the ideas coming from so many different source can get you back in the right
frame of mind and ready to take on the world.

Keep in mind that as a leader, you chose to stick your head out in front of
the pack to lead with a vision and provide a solution to whatever issue and
challenges that presents itself. No matter how tired and stressed you may get,
you before everyone else must stay connected to the big picture of the business
and we must stay in tuned with your “Why” you are leading in the first place.

Continue to surround yourself with like-minds so that you have that positive

Do you really Believe that you
have what it takes to make a $10,000 a month in your business?
What about $20,000 or $30,000 a month?
What makes you think that you can be a success? Did someone tell you that
you have what it takes to be all that you can be? Here’s the deal! You can
be a success, you can be all that you want to be but first it starts with
you and your belief!

I was at a marketing convention on this past weekend and the one big takeaway
I received was the word Believe! I am constantly sound the horn and letting
others know how this internet marketing industry is changing lives all over
the world. Even though I have been in this industry for 3 years, this 2013 year
will be one of epic changes for me and what I believe will happen!

Now instead of just pushing myself to reach higher goals, I am now developing
a team of action takers to do the same. At the next event, I want to be on
stage alongside a group of teammates getting handed those big checks and
smiling taking a few pictures to send out to others so that they can believe
that this could be them up on the stage also.

Oh yes, it feels great imagining and dreaming of being on the stage at the
next event however what feels even better, is when someone gets involve on
my team and then start having some success, earning extra money to pay off
a few debts, pay down on their car payment, etc… this is where the story
gets good!

I personally challenged many of my close friends and family members to take
inventory and get clear about what you want in life, about your dreams and
goals and what are you going to do to accomplish them starting today! I will
challenge you also with this post; have you taken inventory on your life?

Are you clear about your dreams and goals and the direction you want to take
to achieve them? If so, I am super proud of you for doing this vitally
important self help exercise and yes I welcome you to be a part of what we
are doing. If you haven’t gotten to that point or taken time out to do it,
then I am here to assist you in any way possible that I can.

I want to get you started on the road to prosperity and I truly believe that
I have the vehicle to get you down the road to accomplishment.
I am a part of an organization with
the right tools and resources to take you and your dreams to higher levels than you may
